Banana Bread
3 ripe bananas
⅓ cup butter, melted
½ cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
salt, to taste
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
In a bowl, add the bananas and mash until smooth. Add in the melted butter and stir until well combined.
with a separate bowl add sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour, stir until the batter is smooth.
Combine flour mixture and banana mixture
Add chocolate chips mix well
pour the batter into lined 24 count mini muffin pan. Top with additional chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Eat hot or cool and then Enjoy!
